Job requirements
What makes you shine
You’re a motivated problem solver and a curious learner – with a passion for turning data & AI into real business impact. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:
Master’s degree in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Econometrics) paired with dedication, and solid academic results
Relevant practical experience through internships, projects, research, or extracurricular activities, demonstrating an interest in building data pipelines, scalable systems, and reliable technical solutions
A hands-on, growth mindset – you take ownership of your tasks, embrace challenges, and contribute to solutions that create real value
Strong communication and teamwork skills – you enjoy collaborating with others, explaining technical concepts clearly, and contributing to an inclusive and supportive work environment
Analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills, with an interest in connecting business needs and technology solutions
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken), and willingness to travel regularly to client sites
If you're hesitating because you don't meet every requirement, don't let that hold you back. Strong candidates often underestimate how well they fit a role. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply!
What you can expect from us
In addition to meaningful projects, continuous learning opportunities, and a collaborative environment, we offer a competitive package, access to multi-year GAIN education programs, mobility benefits, pension arrangements, hybrid working options, and a vibrant company culture with sports clubs, social events, team activities, wellbeing initiatives, and celebrations that foster connection, fun, and personal growth.
Where you’ll work
Most projects involve working onsite at client locations across the Netherlands, with opportunities to collaborate with clients in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, including travel as projects require.
Work is typically split between client sites and the office, providing a balance between collaboration with clients and time with the internal team.
When you're not onsite with clients, you're welcome to work from our Amsterdam office or from home. Rewire’s Amsterdam office is more than just a workplace – it's a hub for collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving, where we come together to shape the future.

In their own words
“What I really enjoy about my job at Rewire is us being involved from the beginning to the end of implementing complex and innovative AI solutions. We go from designing, to prototyping, to implementing at scale. As a result, working here exposes me to so many aspects of engineering that I find incredibly interesting. Secondly, working with the people here is simply a great deal of fun.” – Jacco Broere, Senior Data Engineer & AI at Rewire
