Who we are
AI is transforming the world – and we’re just getting started. With data growing exponentially, the need for smart, impact-driven minds has never been greater. At Rewire, we don’t just follow trends in Data & AI – we shape them.
We're on a mission to grow Rewire's business by leaps and bounds, and we're looking for a Junior Office Manager to help us reach our goals. You’re an early-career professional seeking a meaningful role in a modern, tech-driven environment, ready to play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and becoming the go-to contact for colleagues and external partners.
You’ll be at the heart of our daily office activities: handling incoming calls, managing a variety of operational and administrative tasks, supporting internal and external events, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Your contribution will directly enhance Rewire’s culture, operations, and success.
Join a dynamic and collaborative team where people from different disciplines work together on meaningful challenges, and have fun along the way. Wanna join the ride?
Where you’ll make a difference
Take ownership of all office management tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating facilities, and supporting day-to-day operations
Provide administrative and operational support across HR, finance, travel, and events
Act as the trusted face of our office by being visible, approachable, and the go-to person for day-to-day support
Champion an excellent guest experience by serving as the main point of contact and guiding visitors through our organization
Drive office initiatives in close collaboration with the wider staff team
Optimize office processes to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and effective working environment

Step into a role where your organizational talent, people-first mindset, and eye for detail truly matter
Make a visible impact on our team’s daily work and success – enabling the team to perform at their best
Deepen your skills in office management, HR, finance, travel and event support in a future-oriented environment
Join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and just the right amount of nerdy – where learning and laughter go hand in hand
Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and bold thinking – where your voice matters, ideas turn into action, and your impact is genuinely recognized and rewarded
What you can expect from us

In their own words
“When I started at Rewire, for me at that moment the most important was to start somewhere with great people to work with. I can still say after a few years that I definitely found that place. Our team is unique; lots of young and smart energy, and everyone is working hard but always in for some good fun together. We are also very lucky to now work in a beautiful office, with the Oosterpark as our garden. Every day there is enough to do and there is always a project or event to look forward to together.” – Tessa van Sermond, Executive Office & Events Manager at Rewire
