Where you’ll make a difference
Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for the Netherlands, specifically focusing on attracting and hiring high-potential working students and juniors
Conduct screenings and interviews to identify top talent, ensuring a seamless match for both technical skills and cultural fit
Champion an excellent candidate experience by acting as the main point of contact and guiding candidates throughout the hiring journey
Drive recruitment initiatives and collaborate with the events team and talent scouts to expand our network
Optimize the recruitment process by continuously analyzing our methods and implementing improvements to ensure it remains seamless, enjoyable, and effective
Act as the trusted face of the Dutch office, serving as the go-to contact for both candidates and employees

You’re a proactive, reliable, and organized team player who enjoys connecting with people and keeping recruitment processes running smoothly. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:
A strong foundation in recruitment, business, or a related field – through relevant professional experience, internships, or current studies (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Economics) – suitable for working students and early-career professionals
Practical experience in candidate coordination, process management, or organizing recruitment activities – demonstrating your ability to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring journey
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – you excel at keeping multiple tasks on track and maintaining high standards
A hands-on, service-oriented mindset – you take ownership of your responsibilities, embrace challenges, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and the team
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you enjoy working with colleagues, supporting others, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken), with Dutch being a plus
Where and how you’ll work
This role is designed to be spread across approximately three days per week, offering flexibility while ensuring continuity, with your main workspace in our Amsterdam office and the option to work from home occasionally.
