What to expect

We are looking for a Working Student in Finance to join our ambitious team starting in April. This part-time (~16 hours per week) hybrid position is available for at least 6 months and will make you an integral part of our organization, where you will collaborate with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our finance operations. What does this mean for your everyday work?

As a key member of our team, you will support the controller with various day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks, including:

• Invoice Processing: Assist with both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Debtor Management: Help manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
• Report Preparation: Support in the preparation of financial reports and assist with the month-end closing process.

What makes you shine?

• Currently studying, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with a passion for working with data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a hands-on mentality.
• A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to take initiative in solving problems and managing tasks proactively.
• Proficient in MS Excel, with familiarity with financial systems being an added bonus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
