Job description

Make impact. Be human. Stay curious.

Who we are

AI is transforming the world – and we’re just getting started. With data growing exponentially, the need for smart, impact-driven minds has never been greater. At Rewire, we don’t just follow trends in data & AI – we shape them.

We’re on a mission to scale Rewire’s impact and reach, and we’re looking for a Working Student – Marketing to support our growth. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll help strengthen our brand, communicate our value, and contribute to campaigns that connect data & AI with real business impact.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on marketing experience across a range of activities - from market research and campaign support to content creation and performance analysis. You’ll have the opportunity to apply structured thinking, contribute fresh ideas, and support initiatives that drive awareness and engagement.

This is a chance to take ownership of meaningful projects, develop your analytical and creative skill set, and learn how a fast-growing data & AI company builds its market presence.

Be part of a dynamic team of data & AI talents who tackle meaningful challenges – and have fun along the way. Wanna join the ride?

Where you’ll make a difference

  • Get hands-on across all marketing tactics – jump into brainstorming sessions, spot gaps and opportunities, and support execution as well as optimization in PR, events, content, and social media

  • Elevate our existing assets – enrich client stories through rigorous industry analyses and keep our content library up to date

  • Create new assets – build out our press room on the website and develop pre- and post-event analyses

What makes us the right choice for you

  • Learn and grow in marketing – gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting real campaigns, market research, and content initiatives that drive business impact

  • Develop an analytical and creative skill set – apply frameworks like SWOT, analyze campaign performance, and turn insights into actionable marketing ideas

  • Thrive in a culture that values initiative and curiosity – where your ideas are welcomed, your contributions matter, and you’re encouraged to take ownership from day one

  • Bridge theory and practice – bring your academic knowledge to life by working on real marketing challenges in the data & AI space

  • Receive hands-on coaching and mentorship – work closely with experienced professionals who provide continuous feedback and support your development

  • Collaborate with a dynamic, international team – join a group that’s ambitious, supportive, and passionate about what they do, with plenty of room for learning (and fun!) along the way

Job requirements

What makes you shine

You're naturally curious and proactive with a passion for business impact. You enjoy combining creativity with structured thinking and you’re eager to turn ideas into action. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:

  • A strong academic foundation – you're currently in your 2nd year or beyond of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail – you're comfortable with basic frameworks like SWOT analysis, able to carry out structured reasoning and problem-solving, and have some first experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • A hands-on, growth mindset – you take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to learn and develop continuously

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills – you’re comfortable collaborating and presenting your ideas clearly

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Where and how you’ll work

Most of your work will take place at our Amsterdam office – a space designed to foster problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation, and simply put, where we build the future.
Discover more about its inspiring atmosphere here.

We’re aiming for a minimum of 16 hours per week – ideally, 24 hours spread across three days – so you can dive deep into your work and still keep your studies on track.

While the office is your main workspace, occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team to support a healthy balance between work and study.

And yes – we also know how to have fun: with regular team events and Friday drinks to connect, celebrate our wins, and sometimes just kick off the weekend right.
